Join us for a two-night gourmet escape to experience a taste of Cornwall. Sample the season’s produce with a seven-course taster menu at the Scarlet Restaurant, served with carefully-chosen paired wines. Also includes a session in a clifftop hot tub — enjoy front row seats from the uniquely designed hot tubs and watch the dramatic coastal elements pass you by.

- One night’s seven-course taster menu with 5 paired wines

- The Seasonal Wine Down can be booked for stays for selected dates only.
- A non refundable 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking with the remaining balance automatically charged to the card given on the booking at 14 days prior to arrival.
