- The Simple Spa Break excludes bank holidays and the months of July and August.
- A non refundable 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking with the remaining balance automatically charged to the card given on the booking at 14 days prior to arrival.
- Stays booked within 14 days prior to arrival require full prepayment at the time of booking which is non refundable.
