After a successful rugby career consisting of more than 200 senior appearances, two world cups and one super league grand final trophy; Anthony Mullally left the world of professional sport to focus on practices including breathwork and mindfulness. Anthony aims to help others rediscover their connection to their authentic selves and the natural world we live in.

Here Anthony will be leading a complimentary guided breathwork session designed to help you unlock deeper relaxation, improve focus, and reduce stress.
Through intentional breathing techniques, you'll explore ways to regulate your nervous system, boost energy levels, and achieve mental clarity.

Join Anthony for a personalised fitness, strength and breathwork sessions tailored to your fitness goals. Your trainer will provide expert guidance, customised exercises, and motivational support to help you build strength, improve mobility, and achieve optimal health.

Apnea training - pool based
Try a specialised under water pool training session.
A specialised session led by a Senior deep end fitness coach Anthony Mullally that focuses on improving breath control, mental resilience, and stress tolerance. Using controlled breath-hold techniques in a safe pool environment, you'll enhance your lung capacity, mental focus, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
